Thịt gà mềm, thơm mùi hành tỏi và có vị ngọt nhẹ, hơi chua chua rất dễ ăn của nước táo. Ăn với cơm nóng thì thật là tuyệt. Bạn đã thử với cách làm này bao giờ chưa?
Thịt đùi gà sau khi lọc bỏ xương, phần da thì ướp với tiêu, muối khoảng 15 phút.
Hành tây bóc vỏ, rửa sạch rồi bào nhuyễn. Cho vào tô khoảng 2 muỗng canh hành tây bào.
Thêm nước ép táo, nước tương đậu nành, tỏi cắt lát và rượu sake vào tô hành tây vừa bào, khuấy đều. Cho thịt gà vào ướp cùng khoảng 30 phút đến 1 tiếng trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh.
Làm nóng dầu trong chảo không dính, cho thịt gà vào chiên với lửa vừa. Nếu gà có da bạn áp da gà xuống chiên trước.
Tới khi gà có màu nâu vàng đẹp mắt và hơi xem xém thì lật mặt, chiên tiếp.
Sau khi lật mặt thịt, đậy nắp chảo, chỉ để hé 1/4 cho khỏi bị hấp hơi. Giảm bớt lửa, chiên tiếp khoảng 7 phút để gà chín kỹ bên trong
Đổ hết phần nước ướp gà còn lại vào chảo, dùng muỗng rưới nước lên những phần thịt không ngập nước, bật to lửa hết cỡ và đun cho tới khi nước cạn, hoặc nếu thích có nước sốt để rưới lên cơm thì chỉ cần đun 2 phút là được.
Món gà chiên nước táo đã hoàn thành, múc ra đĩa ăn với cơm nóng ngon tuyệt!
