Khoai tây là loại rau củ rất giàu dinh dưỡng, cung cấp nhiều tinh bột giúp bạn no lâu hơn nhé! Có nhiều cách chế biến khoai tây cực hấp dẫn. Trong đó, mình cũng xin chia sẽ cho các bạn cách làm bánh khoai tây trứng chiên đơn giản, giàu dinh dưỡng, thích hợp dùng làm món ăn ngon miệng cho bữa sáng. Bánh khoai tây trứng chiên có vị béo bùi, giòn mát, thơm thoảng hương trứng, thật ngon lành. Đặc biệt thời gian làm bánh khoai tây trứng chiên chỉ trong tích tắc nên rất thích hợp cho những bạn hay bận rộn vào buổi sáng nhé!
Rửa sạch khoai tây, gọt sạch vỏ, dùng dao bào khoai tây thành những sợi nhỏ. Ngâm vào nước một lúc rồi xả qua nhiều nước, dùng tay bóp cho ráo nước nhé! Ướp khoai tây với ít muối, tiêu, trộn đều lên. Gọt vỏ cà rốt, thái hạt lựu.
Đun nóng dầu ăn trong nồi nhỏ, dàn đều sợi khoai tây xuống đáy nồi, chiên cá khoai tây chín và kết dính. Thêm tiếp vào chà bông cá hồi, cà rốt, đậu Hà Lan, bắp hột, đậy nắp vung, chiên lửa nhỏ một lúc. Sau đó rây 2 quả trứng cho trải đều lên trên mặt. Chiên tiếp cho trứng chín là hoàn tất nhé! Rắc thêm ít mè đen rang thơm lên trên rồi tắt bếp.
Bày trí bánh khoai tây trứng chiên ra đĩa, rưới thêm sốt tương ớt hoặc tương cà lên trên là có thể dùng rồi nhé! Món bánh khoai tây trứng chiên có vị bùi bùi của khoai tây, rau củ chín giòn mát, cùng trứng chiên thơm ngon, hấp dẫn. Thích hợp dùng cho bữa ăn sáng của gia đình cực ngon miệng luôn nhé!
